We use official packaging materials and follow PSA specifications, ensuring your cards arrive intact at their destination.
As an official dealer, we have direct access to PSA's support channels. If any issue or question arises, we communicate almost immediately on your behalf.
We provide a receipt or invoice for each submission, with a clear price that includes grading, shipping, and customs. There are no hidden fees or surprises.
PSA may impose an additional charge (upcharge) if the card's value is higher than declared.
We are the only official PSA representative in Greece and a member of a limited, strictly selected network of partners in Europe. PSA trusts us for our transparent procedures and the high quality of service we offer. With us, you have the assurance that your card will be properly placed in the slab of the largest grading company on the planet.

The PSA Grading service we offer is not just a card shipment. It is a fully organized and secure process that starts from the moment you hand us your cards and ends with their delivery back to you, inside official PSA slabs.
We undertake the complete preparation and safe shipping of your cards with the appropriate materials and in the correct order. You only need to fill out the PSA-iConnect Submission Form – the rest is our responsibility.
We register each card in the official PSA system, according to the declared value you specify. If you are unsure, we guide you based on available tools and real-time market prices.
Your cards are insured based on their raw value and official PSA guidelines. Additionally, we fully cover all customs costs to and from the USA — you don't have to worry about anything.
As an official dealer, we have direct access to PSA's support channels. If any issue or question arises, we communicate directly on your behalf.
No need to wonder if they have returned. Once the graded cards return to us, we immediately notify you by SMS and phone, so you can pick them up or we can ship them to you.
All prices do not include 24% VAT. Includes free insurance, customs coverage, and SMS notification. Priority for Regular and above.
*The estimated days of Service Levels are calculated from the moment PSA receives the respective submission and registers the cards in its system.
The cards are sent by our company approximately one week after the submission closes.
We are not responsible for any delays due to increased workload of PSA, transport companies, as well as for any delays that may occur at customs.
Submissions close at the beginning of each month and the process of sending the cards to PSA begins immediately the following week.
The shipment is finalized at the end of the same week and the cards are sent to PSA.

To ensure your cards arrive safely and are accepted by PSA without delays, it is important to follow the instructions below:
Along with the cards, it is necessary to submit the completed PSA-iConnect submission form. You can find it in electronic format at the top and bottom of this page, or you can complete it directly at the PSA booth, in our store.
For each card you need to declare its estimated value, graded, based on the grade you believe it will receive. You can check prices and sales through tools such as:

Our team of experts can guide you step by step in person, at our physical store. Unfortunately, we cannot help remotely, as the estimate requires a physical presence and detailed inspection of each card.
Each card must be placed in a simple, clean penny sleeve. Avoid premium or thick sleeves as they may affect grading or delay the process. Here you will find the appropriate ones: Penny Sleeves
Cards are placed inside semi-rigid card savers (such as Ultra Pro Card Saver I). ❌ Toploaders are not accepted. Semi-rigids allow PSA to easily remove the card and transfer it without any damage. Here you will find the appropriate ones: Card Savers
If you visit us at our physical store, you can bring your cards to the PSA Booth and we will provide you with the necessary materials (semi-rigid and penny sleeves) completely free of charge, so we can prepare them correctly together.

All TCGs: Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Magic: The Gathering and other trading card games. Cards must be original out of any sealing.
Sports Cards: NBA, NFL, Formula 1, UFC, WWE, football, baseball, and other official collectible sports cards e.g. Panini or Topps.
Booster packs or sealed products. PSA accepts grading only for specific sealed products with a special service, which we currently do not support.
Promo packs and cards inside sealed plastic packaging. They must first be opened to be accepted.
Regrading slabs. That is, cards that have already been graded by PSA or another grading company and you want to re-evaluate them.

After you hand over your cards at our store or send them by courier, we immediately start the process:
-All cards are insured (based on declared raw value), according to official PSA policies.
-Delays may occur during periods of high volume at PSA.
-PSA may impose an upcharge if the actual value of the card is higher than declared.

Delivery at the store has no charge.
Alternatively, you can send us your cards with ACS, choosing recipient charge.
The service is charged +3.50€, which is automatically added to the final submission amount.
For the maximum possible protection of your cards during transport and processing, it is necessary to use the following:
1.Each card is placed in a penny sleeve (soft protective case).
2.Then, the card is placed in a semi-rigid holder, to ensure proper support and avoid any damage.
3.*If you do not have a semi-rigid holder, you can send your cards in a top-loader.
In this case, you give us permission so that our specialists can transfer your cards from the top-loader to semi-rigid holder, free of charge!
In case you choose to send your cards with ACS Courier, it is necessary to send us the following information to our email support@iconnectstore.gr so that we can properly track the progress of your package and its expected arrival at our premises:
1.Photo with the shipping number (tracking number) of the carrier.
2.Photo of the cards you chose to send us from both sides
3.The PSA Submission file, fully completed. (attached at the bottom)
Compliance with the above procedure contributes to the safe management of cards and the smooth completion of the PSA submission. In case there is no possibility of proper packaging, you can contact us for guidance or support.

PSA SUBMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms concern the PSA Submission service provided by iConnect E.E. (iConnect). By submitting any submission, you declare that you accept them.
Customer: You, the owner and sender of the items for evaluation.
Service: Receipt, registration, organization and shipment of items to PSA, as well as receipt and delivery back to you.
PSA is the grading provider
PSA performs the grading and issues the result. iConnect does not perform grading. The process is also governed by PSA's official terms, as in effect from time to time, at psacard.com/termsandconditions.
What iConnect provides
iConnect provides mediation and shipping management service to PSA as an official PSA Dealer. It does not guarantee a specific grade, result, characterization, label or completion time. Grading is PSA's professional judgment. PSA may reject items that do not meet its standards. In such cases, PSA's procedures are followed and iConnect is not responsible for the rejection. Times and delays
The times stated by PSA are indicative and start from the moment PSA receives and registers the submission in its system. They may change without notice. Delays may arise at any stage due to PSA, inspections, transport, customs, security checks or other factors. iConnect does not guarantee completion time and bears no responsibility for delays, regardless of cause or duration. No right to compensation, refund or any other claim against iConnect is established due to delay. iConnect is not responsible for delays or inability to perform part of the process due to force majeure or other factors beyond its control.
Declared value
For each item, a value (declared value) is declared by you. The declared value is linked to the service level and may affect insurance coverage. If a lower value is declared, any compensation cannot exceed the amount declared.
Upcharges and additional charges
PSA may impose an upcharge or change service level if it deems that another category is required or that the value is different. You authorize iConnect to proceed with the necessary actions for the submission to be completed and you accept that any upcharges, fees, shipping or related costs imposed by PSA or required for completion, are paid before delivery to you. PSA may, where required, proceed to change service level, separate submission or other corrections to comply with its specifications.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is made before shipment to PSA. Cancellation of submission is possible only until the submission "closing" date, as announced via the page https://iconnectstore.gr/psa-submission. After "closing", the submission proceeds to preparation and shipment and cancellation or refund is not possible.
Packaging, specifications and documentation
iConnect handles items with care based on PSA's official guidelines and follows a recording procedure. Photos or videos of items and the procedure may be taken for documentation, security and proper registration. In such material, customer personal information is not displayed and where there is certification or certification number, iConnect may hide it. Use of material for promotional purposes may be done only in fully anonymous form, without personal information and with hiding of certification numbers. If repackaging or adaptation is needed to meet PSA specifications and avoid rejections or delays, you allow iConnect to do so.
Loss or damage, claim and compensation
In case of loss or damage during transport or handling, an investigation and claim procedure is followed with the responsible carrier or insurance provider, where applicable. Any compensation, if approved, is examined based on fair market value at the time of the incident, as defined by PSA's terms and the procedures of the involved parties, and cannot exceed the declared value of the item. Receipt, inspection and notification
Upon receipt, you must immediately inspect the cards or slabs. Difference in quantity, visible damage or discrepancy is declared in writing within 3 days of receipt. iConnect does not provide grading results or grades until there is official notification from PSA or until the submission is completed and returned. Non-receipt and storage
After availability notification, you must receive the submission within 30 calendar days. After that, iConnect may apply storage charges and request a pick-up appointment. If there is no receipt or written agreement for delivery method within 90 calendar days from availability notification, the submission may be considered abandoned and iConnect reserves the right to proceed legally to cover storage and management costs and for final settlement of the item, after prior written notice to the contact information you have declared.
Customer declarations
You declare that you are the legal owner of the items and that you have the right to submit them for grading. You declare that your contact information is correct so that there is notification when needed.
